I'm 10 Months Old Today!!!

Let It Snow!!!

Haley wasn't too sure about the snow until she discovered that she could eat it. : ) At least it was fresh!

Indoor Sandbox

Since it's too cold to play outside, Haley and I brought the fun inside! We built an indoor "sandbox" out of cornmeal. Haley really enjoyed it for about 10 minutes, then had equally as much fun playing with the empty cornmeal box. What is it with kids and boxes??

Oh, and by the way, shortly after we were done playing in the sand, Haley walked! That's right, I said WALKED!!!!!!!!!!!!! She took 3 beautiful steps right before my very eyes. Of course I can't get her to do it again so I can get a video of it, but I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunities for that!

First Haircut!

Haley's hair is not only getting long enough for bows, but also for her first haircut! It was just a little, but still, it was the first one. I trimmed the "wings" she was starting to grow behind her ears. The bows don't stay in very well yet, but it won't be long. For those of you who know me well, you know how exciting it is for me to get to style my daughter's hair. :)

Such a good helper

Haley had a great time helping her Daddy put together her new bike. There were so many pieces, I thought for sure she'd lose interest, but she stuck with him until it was all finished. I can't wait until it's nice enough to use it outside.
